OHM Au Naturalle Menthol Pipe Tobacco: Blend and Cut

Tobacco Types at a Glance
- Burley: low in natural sugar, nutty and full-bodied, with a slow, cool burn.
- Virginia: naturally sweet and bright, often with a citrus or hay-like note.
- Cavendish: a processing method that makes tobacco mild, dark and sweet, often used in aromatic blends.
- Menthol and flavored blends: add a cooling or aromatic note on top of the tobacco.
How to Pack a Pipe with OHM Au Naturalle Menthol Pipe Tobacco
- Fill the bowl loosely to the top, then press gently to about half full.
- Add more tobacco and press slightly firmer, to about three-quarters full.
- Top off and press firmly so the tobacco is level with the rim.
- Light evenly across the surface, tamp gently, then relight and enjoy with slow puffs.
Storing OHM Au Naturalle Menthol Pipe Tobacco
Keep pipe tobacco sealed in its bag or move it to an airtight jar once opened. Store it at room temperature away from sunlight. If tobacco becomes too dry it burns hot; if too moist it is hard to keep lit, so an airtight container is the easiest way to keep it just right.
Choosing the Right Pipe
Briar pipes are durable and heat-resistant, making them a great all-round choice. Corn cob pipes are affordable and light, ideal for beginners. Meerschaum pipes smoke cool and dry. Whatever you choose, OHM Au Naturalle Menthol Pipe Tobacco burns best when packed evenly and smoked slowly.
Breaking In a New Pipe
- Fill the bowl only halfway for the first few smokes.
- Smoke slowly to build an even layer of carbon cake.
- Let the pipe cool completely between smokes.
- Clean with a pipe cleaner after each use.
Buying in Bulk
Larger bags offer the best value per ounce for blends you enjoy regularly. If you are trying this blend for the first time, a smaller size lets you test it before stocking up. Store extra tobacco sealed so it stays fresh until you need it.
