You must be 21 or older
U.S. federal law sets 21 as the minimum age to buy any tobacco product, including cigars, and some states and cities have extra rules. By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you’re at least 21 and legally allowed to buy tobacco where you live. How we check your age
- You have to confirm you’re 21 or older to browse and buy.
- We may check the name, date of birth and address you give at checkout against independent records.
- If we can’t verify your age automatically, we may ask for a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID.
- The carrier may ask for an adult signature and ID at delivery.
If we can’t verify your age
If we can’t confirm that you’re 21 or older, we cancel the order and refund any payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we think may be placed by, or for, someone under 21.
Shipping restrictions
We don’t ship tobacco products to places where their sale or delivery is banned, and some areas restrict flavored tobacco. Our shipping & delivery policy has more on this.
