Buying cigars online: common questions
Can I buy cigars online legally?
Yes. In the United States, adults 21 and older can buy cigars online where state and local law allow it. Federal law sets 21 as the minimum age for all tobacco products, and we don’t sell to anyone younger.
How do you verify my age?
You confirm you’re 21 or older, and we may check your age using the details you give at checkout. If we can’t verify it, we cancel the order. Our age verification policy has the details.
What is the difference between premium cigars and cigarillos?
Premium cigars are hand-rolled from long-filler tobacco and finished with a natural tobacco wrapper, so they smoke slowly and have more going on in the flavor. Cigarillos are smaller and machine-made. They’re quicker to smoke and often come flavored or tipped.
How should I store premium cigars?
Keep them at about 65 to 70% relative humidity and 65 to 70°F, ideally in a cigar humidor. Cigarillos, filtered cigars and pipe tobacco just need to stay sealed somewhere cool and dry.
What does pre-priced mean?
The retail price is printed on the pack. Retailers like them, but otherwise they’re the same as the standard version.

Paying and ordering from abroad
How does Pay on Invoice work?
Choose Pay on Invoice at checkout. We don’t take payment online. Instead, we email you an invoice with secure payment instructions, and your order ships once we’ve received payment and verified your age.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide to places that allow tobacco imports. You’re responsible for any customs duties, taxes and local rules in your country.
