What to expect
Maduro wrappers are fermented longer, so they’re dark and naturally sweet, with notes like cocoa, coffee and dark fruit. The Robusto is short and thick and one of the most popular shapes around. You get full flavor in under an hour.
Cutting and lighting
Use a sharp guillotine or punch to take off a small piece of the cap. Hold the flame just under the foot and rotate until it’s evenly lit. Puff slowly, roughly once a minute, and it’ll burn cooler and taste better.
Storing your cigars
Keep them in a humidor or a sealed box with a humidity pack, at about 65 to 70% humidity and 65 to 70°F. Kept that way, a box stays fresh for months.
